ErgVideo Intro 1080HD

This is our introductory ErgVideo now on special offer at a very special price! It's a full 40 minute ErgVideo with sample segments from some of our most recent editions.  It's a fully functional ErgVideo with no limitations, so you can try out all of ErgVideo's rich features, and feel the complete ErgVideo riding experience. Segments from Alpe d'Huez, Col de la Croix de Fer, FRC Intervals, as well as a TT with a national champ are included. During the 10 minute warm-up, we "show you the ropes" and point out the in-ride features, but then we let you loose to try some climbing, some intervals, a bit of a TT, and some more climbing(!), in the inimitable ErgVideo style. Throughout your ride we give valuable tips on how to get the most out of your ErgVideo sessions.

This ErgVideo is in 1080p HD. It comes with several ride variations and you can use the ErgVideo ride designer to add more variety to your sessions.

Alpe d'Huez 1080HD

ErgVideo visits one of the most famous climbs on all of cycling, and we did so in style! It's our first release in stunning and super stable 1080p HD. They look "extra sharp" in their Peaks Coaching Group kit as they attack the climb that every pro wants to win. The Alpe is not the highest nor the hardest climb in the French Alps, but it's always a tour stage finish, so it's always ridden aggressively to create winning margins in the tour's overall results. It ensures each ascent is painful to combatants, and legendary to fans. Staying true to the theme, our team rides this one hard, with plenty of attacking and breakaway chases. (1:33hrs)

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines. Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page.

Col du Galibier 1080HD

The mighty Col du Galibier has been on the Tour de France route 31 times so far, and despite only being a stage finish once, it's always an honor to be over the top first. At 2645m, it's often the highest point in the race and carries the prestigious Henri Desgrange prize. It's more than twice as high as Alpe d'Huez, but seems only half as famous. As you climb the absence of trees allows for spectacular views on this crystal-clear sunny day. The ErgVideo boys ride this one remarkably steadily, at least until the last few kilometres. It's great for sweet-spot steady state training, and we've packaged several ride variations from steady all the way, to a more dramatic power ramp-up as you near the top. It's a must-have in any climbing collection. (1:36hrs)

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines. Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page, as well as roads of the tour, etc.

Col de la Bonette 1080HD

The Col de la Bonnette is the 4th highest paved pass in Europe. To claim the title of "Highest Paved road" the local Parks and rec built a soul-crushingly steep loop around the peak up to 2802m. It goes nowhere (except 2802m) and is the embodiment of pointlessness in its purest form. But everyone has to ride it! The ErgVideo team climbs this one progressively, ramping up the power throughout, ending with a full-blast effort to the top. Several session variations are provided from full-steady climbing to multiple power ramp intervals.  (1:52hrs)

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines. Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page, as well as roads of the tour, etc.

Col du Glandon 1080HD

This pass has been on the Tour de France route 13 times, and we tackle it from the popular and quiet North-East route. It's hard enough to just climb it, but add some chilly headwinds coming over the ridge, and the ErgVideo boys really had their hands full. This is a fairly steady ride that gets progressively harder as you reach the top, and is great for sweet-spot steady state training, to hard threshold effort. We've packaged several session variations from easy pace, to Sweet-spot pace, to race-effort, and even some with more an amplified power ramp-up as you near the top. (1:41hrs)

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines. Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page, as well as roads of the tour, etc.

Col d'Allos North and Pra Loup 1080HD

Pra Loup is a shrine to the French cycling fan, because it's where their very own Bernhard Thevenet finally defeated the great Eddy Merckx in the 1975 tour de France, ending Eddy's days in a yellow jersey forever. The Col d'Allos has been used in the Tour de France no less than 33 times, and our team climbs it from the rugged north side in this ErgVideo. Both climbs feature smooth team efforts and a steady ramping-up of the effort until only a few riders remain hanging on. This ErgVideo comes with several ride variations, including tempo and threshold level efforts, as well as ramping intervals. Use the ride designer to create your own workouts too! (1:46hrs)

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines. In fact we don't support XP and Vista at all. Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page, as well as roads of the tour, etc.

Tempo Vercors Massif 1080HD

The Vercors Massif is among the premier cycling destinations in all of France, especially if you don't want to spend everyday climbing for hours on end. Lots of changing terrain means it's your choice to go flat and fast, or go up. Just west of Grenoble, this area has hosted tour stages several times. It is filled with challenging climbs and breathtaking rocky gorges. The ErgVideo team set out to explore it on a day for brisk tempo work, and typical club-ride shenanigans ocurred. At more than 3 hours, this is the longest ErgVideo ever produced, and perhaps holds the most diversity for building custom rides. There's climbing, tempo, some fast flatland pedaling and some thrilling blasts in the gorges. We've packaged several training sessions with this one, and you can use the ride designer to create your own workouts too! (3:08 hrs) NOTE: this download is 24GBytes long, it will take awhile, and if you have a monthly limited internet service, you may blow over.

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines (in fact, XP and Vista are no longer supported at all). Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page.

Col du Telegraphe 1080HD

The Col du Telegraphe has been used in the Tour de France 29 times so far, and is usually a prelude to the Col du Galibier. It's not terribly steep, and the switchbacks are wide curves, so you lose little speed negotiating them. The climb is shorter too, so our boys do a long and scenic warmup in the Maurienne Valley, among railways, highways and the Arc river. This sets them up nicely to push really hard on the climb. Above all, it's brisk and "pacey": most of your session is spent steadily tracking down breakaways until your own final attack to the top. (1:25)

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines. Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page, as well as "road of the Tour de France and climbing collection etc.

Gatineau Park Time Trial 1080HD

The Gatineau Park is the popular meeting point for cyclists in the Ottawa region, preferred for its low traffic and challenging course. In 2016 & 2017, it will host the Canadian Elite Time Trial Championships, presenting an unusually tough and hilly challenge for a time trial. While climbing ability will be table-stakes, maintaining speed on descents while recovering from overthreshold efforts will prove decisive. Pacing this correctly will be tricky, and indoor grade-based simulations can't be relied upon since they don't emulate loads on the downhills or the effect of changing winds. Since ErgVideo is power-based, it allows you to train while following the pacing strategy of an expert, and we've enlisted none other than Ron Amos to show you how. Holder of 6 Canadian titles including 2 in the time trial and a bronze medal at the 2015 UCI Master's World Cycling Tour TT, he shows you how it's done. The winner will have an ability to go over threshold repeatedly while recovering quickly "under threshold" before the next climb, and our ErgVideo will help you train exactly that ability. We not only include the full elite course, we also include sessions using the different turnaround points for different categories such as U23 and Elite Women. For all cases, we pre-configure "training pace" and full race-pace sessions keyed to your FTP, as always. We've even added some unstructured hill-intervals sessions to the library of provided sessions to add more even more training variety. (1:14hrs)

This ErgVideo is in high quality 1080p HD, and is not supported on Windows XP nor Vista class machines. Please read our system requirements for more information. You can find the regular 720p HD version at the "hd collection" page, as well as interval training, roads of the USA etc.
